Serious Brewing Company beer shortlisted by Naked Wines

Date published: 08 November 2016

Rochdale-based Serious Brewing Company, has had one of its beers shortlisted by Naked Wines as part of a search for Britain’s best beers called Top of the Hops.

Kardinaal, a Belgian dubbel style, impressed the judges enough for it to be included in their shortlist of 20 bottled beers which will be whittled down to 10 by an online vote.

As an extra incentive for voting, Naked Wines will be selecting 10 voters at random who will each receive a case of beers.

Voting is only open for a limited time and finishes on 13 November.

Kardinaal is currently available locally at Vicolo del Vino in Rochdale town centre and The Old Post Office micropub in Castleton.

Bottles of Kardinaal will be available this weekend at Rochdale Beer Festival – head to the bottle bar to sample it.

Serious Brewing Company will also have two cask beers available at the Festival – Moonlight Stout and Redsmith IPA.
