Rochdale Business Awards 2016
Andy Hoyle hosted the Rochdale Business Awards at Rochdale Town Hall on Friday (4 November) night.
Guests enjoyed a champagne reception before moving into the Great Hall for a meal and the awards ceremony.
Awards were given out in eight different categories.
- Business of the year (turnover more than 5m) - Boulting Environmental Services
- Business of the year (turnover 1m to 5m) - IP24
- Business of the year (turnover up to 1m) - Target Fire Protection
- Business person of the year - David Harris
- Most promising business - Middle Creative
- Apprentice of the year - Carla Heaney
- Employee of the year - Gary McGill
- Employer of the year - The Casey Group
Entertainment was provided by singer/songwriter Babalola JR.
The awards were established in 2011 to celebrate the achievements of businesses and business people within Rochdale Borough.
