Zen scoops record-breaking 13th Best Broadband award

Date published: 25 October 2016

Zen Internet has been named PC Pro’s Best Broadband provider for a record-breaking 13th time - Zen has won the technology magazine’s award every year since 2004.

Zen’s latest overall score of 95% is a point up on its winning total from 2015.

Zen came out top for reliability and customer support (both 98%), speed (93%) and value for money (87%), comfortably ahead of other service providers including Virgin Media, BT, Sky and TalkTalk.

Andrew Fryatt, Zen’s Managing Director for Small Business and Residential, said: “We’re very proud of this achievement and even more so because this is an award voted for by customers, who obviously appreciate the service they get from Zen.

“We put a lot of time, effort and money into our network and employ some really dedicated, knowledgeable people to support it. We’re currently in the middle of a major investment programme that will make our network even more robust.”

Zen was also named Best Web Host in the PC Pro awards, fending off competition from other service providers including Go Daddy, 1and1.co.uk and BT. Zen scored 93% for both customer support and reliability and 91% overall.
