Charlene Wallis wins Customer Service Award of the Year

Charlene Wallis has won the Highly Commended Customer Service Award of the Year with the Enterprise Vision Awards.

Charlene, from Syke, won the award for her business Diamond Dazzle Hair and Accessories inside Bolton Market.

She said: "Thank you so much to everyone who has nominated, voted and supported me through this amazing achievement.

“I am now proud to announce Diamond Dazzle Hair and Accessories is now an award winning business.”

Charlene was presented with her award by judge and Customer Service Sponsor, Jane Cole from Blackpool Transport. The event took place at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool.

Charlene’s business has a contract with many of the local NHS hospitals which means she accepts NHS wig vouchers in exchange for Dimples full head wigs.

NHS wig vouchers help people who have suffered from hair loss due to medical reasons. This includes those who have lost their hair through cancer treatment.
