Logic Wealth Planning Charity Golf Day

Logic Wealth Planning of Heywood recently held their first Charity Golf Day at Rossendale Golf Club, in order to raise funds for Springhill Hospice in Rochdale.

Over 40 golfers made up of friends, clients and colleagues went along to enjoy a day’s golf and a dinner with awards afterwards.

Said Yianni Theodorou, Managing Director, said: “Springhill Hospice do such fantastic work and it’s such a worthy cause, so we were delighted that so many people came along to support and enjoy the event.

"I’d like to thank everyone who took part as well as those who helped to organise the day, with special thanks to the team at Rossendale Golf Club who made us feel so welcome.

"Thanks to everyone’s generosity we were able to raise £1,630 for Springhill Hospice.

"This event has been has so successful that we’re already thinking about doing it all again next year.”

Elaine McConnell, Regular Giving Co-ordinator at Springhill Hospice, said: “We are very grateful to everyone at Logic Wealth Planning for organising such an excellent and enjoyable event and to all those who supported it so magnificently.

"With £7 out of every £10 of Hospice funding coming from donations, we rely so much on the support of our wonderful local communities to enable us to continue to provide services free of charge to our patients and their families.”
