A local online business networking group left their computers behind and met up in person for the first time for an evening in Rochdale.
Former professional rugby player Danny Sculthorpe, who suffered a devastating career ending injury in 2010, talked about how he overcame dark days following such a devastating blow.
State of Mind, an organisation which seeks to improve the mental health and wellbeing of the rugby community, gave a presentation about their work.
The serious Brewing Company provided sample ales and Cocka Doodle Moo the food.
The networking group is sponsored by Rochdale Hornets and hosted by local businesses Red Butterfly Bakery, OneOneNine Design and Ryder & Dutton.
A spokesperson said: "We are all passionate about Rochdale and the social event gave us the opportunity to get to meet some of the other businesses we have been getting to know online."
