TBA Textiles holds open day to celebrate new look
Date published: 05 May 2016
TBA Textiles, one of Rochdale’s oldest manufacturers, unveiled its new look as TBA Protective Technologies at its Open Day on 27 April.
The firm designs, manufactures and fabricates heat resistant textiles for clients across the world.
The event, which was attended by many loyal customers, included an exhibition of its varied and extensive product range, from train seat fire barriers to specialist fire protection suits.
Visitors were also allowed a sneak peek at new products that are currently under development, including a coated textile that resists water yet soaks up oil.
General Manager Mark Lineker commented: “We are excited to reveal our new look, which truly reflects who we were, are and will continue to be as a company, and the scope and innovative nature of the work we undertake.
"Our Open Day was a great opportunity to touch base with our customers, both old and new, and really showcase this dedication to growth and development, particularly when the visitors were taken around the factory floor where we have recently invested significantly in new machinery to meet increasing demand.”
