Whilst running a business in the hospitality sector can be incredibly rewarding, it can also come with unique challenges that can take a toll on your wellbeing. Long hours, high-pressure environments, and the unpredictable nature of the industry can make it difficult to find balance.

This free event is ideal for anyone running a business in the hospitality sector, including restaurant and café owners, hotel managers, catering entrepreneurs, suppliers and other professionals who want to create a healthier, more sustainable approach to work.

You’ll discover practical tools, inspiring stories, and hands-on workshops to help you prioritise wellbeing for yourself and your team. Learning how to stay flexible and safeguard wellbeing in an industry that's always evolving.

The event will kick off with an inspiring presentation by renowned chef Mary-Ellen McTague, soon to open her new restaurant, Pip, at the Treehouse Hotel in central Manchester. Having navigated the challenges of the hospitality sector herself, Mary-Ellen will share her personal journey, highlighting the difficulties she has faced and the proactive steps she's taken to make staff wellbeing a core focus of her business.

Delegates will have the opportunity to participate in two of four engaging workshops designed to address specific aspects of wellbeing for hospitality professionals: Places are limited so reserve your place today.
