A family play for Christmas.

The MAD theatre company proudly presents "Christmas with the Curleys" at Butterworth Hall.

This is a one act light hearted play about the Curley family. It has been written by Lynda Hoyle and is directed by Gerald Brierley.

It features long time favourites Lynda herself, Pete Dignam, Sheila Maxon and Matt Richards. However there is a debut for Freya Crowther, a talented young actress who plays the teenage daughter of the family. Sandy Berry plays the older daughter who is pregnant.

With Christmas just around the corner there are no prizes for guessing what happens next. Sandy has herself limited hearing but Lynda has made this an integral part of this heart warming little drama.
