The next Learn 2 Row session for the 18 to 30 age group at Hollingworth lake Rowing Club will be on the 5th October 2024.

Juniors and 30+ L2R sessions will continue in the New year.

The 5th October course includes four weeks of two x one hour sessions per week, for four weeks.

First of all how will rowing benefit you?

• Rowing is a Low impact sport, it’s great for keeping your fitness levels in top shape or improving your fitness to how you would like it to be, great for your health and wellbeing.
• If you are a competitive person, great. 
• if you prefer to enjoy the social side of meeting new people and enjoy your new hobby that's great also.
