Do you Suffer with -

  • Fibromyalgia.
  • Chronic Pain.
  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) also known as ME - Myalgic Encephalomyelitis.
  • Lupus.
  • Long Covid.
  • Sjogren's Syndrome.
  • Or an other illness involving pain and fatigue.

Our aim for the group is to -

  • Meet up regularly for a chat and a brew
  • To support each other through the daily stresses, fatigue and pain that we endure
  • To be a listening ear
  • To encourage and motivate each other
  • To find coping mechanisms and strategies, offering tips on how we cope on our bad days, how we learn to pace ourselves on our good days
  • To be around others that understand the invisible illness that we have to live with
  • More importantly not to feel so alone, isolated and that nobody understands our conditions

If you are someone who suffers and would like to join us, or are a relative, a caregiver or know someone who has one of these illnesses, please attend our group for support.
