Coach Ramble to Sedburgh
Start place: Meet outside Dixons Funeral Service, Manchester Old Road, Rochdale, OL11 4HY
Grid Ref: SD892130
Postcode: OL11 4HY

Details:

This is our annual Coach Ramble and the venue this year is Sedburgh.  There will be a short walk of approximately 6 miles and a longer walk of 10 miles.

Please book with Gill Hollas after 1st July.

The longer 10 mile walk: “The Calf” - A moderate/strenuous circular walk from Sedbergh that includes the ascent of The Calf from where we will hopefully get panoramic views on a clear day. (Fingers crossed).

Please note, that due to the popularity of these walks, car sharing whenever possible would reduce parking congestion.

Advise: Walking Boots, Waterproofs if needed, adequate clothing, snack and drink.

Generally dogs are not permitted, with exception of Registered Assistance Dogs, but anyone wishing to bring a dog should contact the Walk Leader in advance to obtain His/Her consent or otherwise.

They welcome new and potential members to join their walks.

Entry fee: £20 - Places need to be booked and prepaid
