Details:

Musicians from the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra present a live and interactive performance of The Enormous Turnip from the CBeebies series Musical Storyland.

When the farmer and her daughter plant their last wrinkly seed they don’t have great expectations of a successful crop. But, to their amazement, the seed grows into the most enormous turnip! It’s so big, they need help from some passing animals to pull it up.

The BBC Philharmonic Orchestra rehearses at its home in MediaCity, Salford and performs across the UK, annually at the BBC Proms and internationally.

The performance is aimed at children aged 3 – 7 but all ages will enjoy it!
