Start place: Meet at Victoria Park car park, Carr Road, Nelson. Free parking.

Details:

Walk distance = 10 miles.

This is a really interesting and varied walk starting from Nelson and walking through Barley to the fascinating Sculpture Trail and taking in scenic reservoir views.  There is an ascent to the sculpture trail and an onroad ascent towards to the end of the walk.

Please note, that due to the popularity of these walks, car sharing whenever possible would reduce parking congestion.

Advise: Walking Boots, Waterproofs if needed, adequate clothing, snack and drink.

Generally dogs are not permitted, with exception of Registered Assistance Dogs, but anyone wishing to bring a dog should contact the Walk Leader in advance to obtain His/Her consent or otherwise.
