Sessions run every Monday evening (except bank holidays) from 7pm - 9pm.

A powerful talking group for males, providing men with a safe space to openly discuss their worries and mental health concerns.

Andys Man Club is a peer to peer support group for men over the age of 18 - you can come along, have a chat, or just listen. This is a place where there is no judgement, and no pressure to talk.

The club, which is a registered charity in England and Wales, has more than 200 groups nationwide. The overall aim is to halve the number of suicides in men under 45.

Brad Gartland, one of the Rochdale facilitators said: “In August 2016 my dad, Stephen Gartland, sadly took his own life after a battle with depression. I wish he had the opportunity to go to one of these groups, and he may still be here today. I want everyone to know that you are loved, and that you are important.”
