This year we are raising money for rehabilitation for Adrian, who was involved in a motorcycle accident.

"ADRIAN HAD A PLAN. In three months, his daughter, our daughter, will come into the world. Adrian was making plans on how to welcome her into the world. He was preparing for the joyous anticipation just outside the delivery room doors. It will be different. Indeed, their first contact will happen at the hospital, but it will be his daughter and I who will be the visitors. It was an accident. Someone careless pulled out of the parking lot. The motorcyclist stood no chance of avoiding the collision. Adrian has broken neck vertebrae, damaged spinal cord, and quadriplegia. He is struggling to breathe. Ahead of him and us lies an immensely distant road. He is a tough, loving, good man, and I know he will fight with all his might, both for himself and for us. Rehabilitation costs a fortune and will take years. We will not manage without help. I am not ashamed to ask. We are at the threshold of parenthood, yet the merciless fate did not respect this moment" Jagoda.
