Remembrance Sunday Parade

Details:

Representatives from the Navy, Army and Royal Air Force will join veterans and civic dignitaries for parades in Rochdale, Heywood, Littleborough, Middleton, Norden, Milnrow, and Wardle this year.

Each service will include Hymns, Prayers, Exhortation, The performing of the Last Post, 2-minute silence, Reveille, The Kohima Epitaph, Readings, The Blessing and the National Anthem.

Members of the public are invited to attend to show their gratitude to servicemen and women past and present.

ROCHDALE DETAILS

10.30am Organisations assemble outside The Flying Horse Hotel, 9 Packer Street, Rochdale OL16 1NJ.

10.45am Councillors, magistrates, officers and other civic guests assemble at The Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale.

10.50am Parade will march to the Cenotaph using the pedestrian area.

10.55am Service at the Cenotaph. After the service and march past, the parade will return to The Flying Horse Hotel and fall out.
