Middleton Harrier's awesome Couch to 5km training programme is back and it is just £10 for 19 fun coaching sessions and graduation.
Start date: Monday 15 May, 7.30pm
Attend the sessions 2 per week for 10 weeks, complete a parkrun and become one of their graduates.
Graduation: Saturday 22 July, Heaton Parkrun
