Pop along to our fun support group.
The group is set up for the community to help with the stress of day to day life.
Colour Yourself Calm is a way of relaxing, building confidence and self-esteem and making new friends along the way.
Colour with lots of colours and pages for free and have some time to gain confidence.
Runs every Friday 10.00am - 12noon.
