Details:

This is the 10th Whitworth Annual Sports Festival running from 9 June to 17 June 2018.

With the Mayor officially opening the ceremony at 1.30pm, we will dive straight into a traditional-style sports day with a running race for all ages, welly throwing, tug of war and some novelty items.

There will also be (small) cash prizes available for the first three children in all the children's individual events, and (small) consolation prizes for all who enter.

Grown ups compete for love!

Further details will be published in programmes, available from Whitworth Leisure Centre, schools, The Riverside and lots of other locations around Whitworth.
