As England are hosting the Ladies Lacrosse World Cup right now, Rochdale Lacrosse Club are presently running Junior pre-season training at Rochdale Lacrosse Club.
Tuesday evenings at 7.00pm and Saturday mornings at 9.00am for players and youngsters who wish to have a go.
We cater for 5-10 year olds in our U10s adaptive game, 12 -14 year olds in our U12s, 14-16 years in our U16s.
We also have a fast-developing girls and ladies program for girls U15 and open age over 15.
