Details:

This is a free event open to anyone (above 18 years of age all levels of ability welcome), interested in sampling the varied yet complimentary disciplines of Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Aikido and Mind-Body Development i.e. Japanese Yoga.

The primary emphasis of our practise is on developing health and well being through co-ordinated mindful movement and meditational exercises expressed through the varied disciplines.

Please feel free to come along and have a go at any or ideally all of the sessions!
1.00pm-1.45pm: Tai Chi warm ups & Chi Kung (energy exercises).
1.45pm-2.15pm: Infinite Tai Chi™ form basics.
2.15-2.30: Break
2.30pm-3.15pm: Basic stretches followed by an introduction to 'Ki' testing & Mind-Body development (Japanese Yoga).
3.15pm-4pm: Basic Aikido techniques followed by a guided meditation to conclude.
