Rydal Gardens Apartments, Wood Street, Langley, Middleton

This is a site previously occupied by a derelict pub. The brief was to provide 24 apartments for social rent. In design terms, it is a key site and visual impact, including relationship with the nearby church, was an important consideration. The development has achieved Code for Sustainable Homes level 4.
