The Rochdale Christian Spiritualist Community Church held a dedication service on Sunday 31 May.
Held at Kirkholt Social Club, where the church will now be located, the service was filled to capacity with Mayor Surinder Biant, Mayoress Cecile Biant, Rochdale MP Simon Danczuk and Councillor Richard Farnell also in attendance.
A finger buffet followed the service.
The church is involved in pastoral outreach to the people of Kirkholt and has already committed to providing educational and supportive outreach to local residents through the Rochdale Community Champions programme, alongside proactive spiritual healing/complementary therapy clinics, weekly meditation and mediumship development classes, together with a traditional Sunday Divine Service.
The church is affiliated to the Corinthian Church and Healing Association (CCHA), a global Christian Spiritualist Church charity.
