Car fire on Ashley Close

A car fire on Ashley Close, Rochdale spread to the garage and caused some damage to external fixtures and fittings this morning (Monday 5 October).
Three fire engines attended the incident, in which a car was on fire on the driveway of a property.
The fire service were called at 1:23am and used breathing apparatus and hose reels to extinguish the fire.
Fire crews were on the scene for around one hour and 20 minutes.
