Traffic chaos after car crash on Milnrow Road

Car crash on Milnrow Road
Cars were backed up on Milnrow Road this afternoon (Tuesday 7 April) due to a road traffic collision.
The collision involved a white VW Golf and a silver Mercedes.
One person travelling along Milnrow Road, who got caught up in the traffic said: “There was a huge traffic jam and from what I could see, a huge smash on Milnrow Road. There were two police vans, a police motorbike and at least nine officers that I could see. I was queued up for ages.”
Police have stated that no injuries were reported and no arrests have been made.
