Representatives from law firms across the borough came together this evening (Friday 14 November) for the annual Law Association Dinner.

Over 80 guests came together at The Peacock Room in The Crimble and were treated to a three-course meal.

Those representing law firms from across Rochdale were joined at the event by The Mayor and Mayoress of Rochdale, Rochdale MP Simon Danczuk, Valerie Buckley, District Judge Goodchild, Karl Rowley QC, District Judge Ackroyd, District Judge Shaw, the Chairman of Bury and Rochdale Magistrates Bench, and The President of the Oldham Law Association.

A raffle was also held for the Rochdale Children’s Contact Centre.

Pam Walsh, President of the Law Association, said: “It has been a pleasure to host this event. It is the highlight of our calendar and it is nice to see so many people here enjoying themselves.”
