Zoe Renshaw
Ellenroad Engine House has appointed its youngest ever Museum Society chairwoman.
Zoe Renshaw, 31, was made chairwoman of the Ellenroad Museum Society at the annual general meeting - also making her only the second female to hold the title.
The society is tasked by the Ellenroad Trust to carry out day-to-day activities at the Engine House.
Ms Renshaw has been involved at the site for around three years, helping out with general tasks and managing its social media presence.
Thelma Wright is another of the ladies involved at Ellenroad, which is recognised as a National Historic Monument, and was the first ever Museum Society chairwoman.
The Engine House, in Elizabethan Way, Newhey, is hosting an open day on Sunday 7 December.
