A man has been found dead in Littleborough.
It is understood the man was walking his dog near Brearley Farm, Brearley Road, Littleborough.
A police spokesman has confirmed the man was found dead this morning.
Eye witnesses said the man's dog was still sat beside him.
Police and air ambulance attended.
Police said there are no suspicous circumstances.
