Two men in hospital with serious injuries after fail-to-stop crash in Heywood

Two men are in a serious condition in hospital after a car failed to stop for police before crashing into a building in Heywood on Sunday night (20 March).
A BMW failed to stop for police on Rochdale Road East at about 11.45pm; a short pursuit took place and the BMW crashed into a building on Rochdale Road East.
Two men - aged 27 and 18 - were treated at the scene by police officers and then by paramedics.
Both are in a serious condition in hospital.
The incident has been referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
