Police incident closes section of Queensway A664

Queensway taped off between Digby Road and Dicken Green
A police incident has seen a section of Queensway (A664) near the Shell garage taped off on Saturday morning (30 October).
The road is currently closed in both directions (11.20am) between Digby Road and Dicken Green, affecting local bus services.
The nature of the incident is as yet unclear.
Greater Manchester Police has been contacted for more information.

Service 6 will divert to Kirkholt via Oldham Road, Queen Victoria Street, Daventry Road, and back to normal route.
Services to Rochdale will follow their normal route.
