Heybrook Primary School have a HIIT session Joe Wicks

Joe Wicks, The Body Coach visited Heybrook Primary School on Wednesday 27 March, promoting health and fitness.

A spokesperson for the school said: “Years 2, 3, 4 and 5 enjoyed a HIIT session with Joe. 

“Miss Moore and Mr Doyle beat him in a press-up competition. 

“Heybrook was one of 17 schools chosen out of 18,000 who applied.

“We were his seventh stop on his tour around the country promoting health and fitness. 

“Thank you to Miss Moore, PE co-ordinator for organising the event. It was a truly memorable afternoon.”
