A lorry caught fire on Oldham Road in Middleton during the evening of Tuesday (7 August).
Three fire engines from Bury, Heywood and Blackley were in attendance for just over an hour, using two hose reels and a thermal imaging camera to battle the blaze.
Two casualties were treated by paramedics for slight smoke inhalation, and some heat damage was caused to an adjacent building.
