Kingsway Park High School at TBA Technologies
A group of Year 10 students from Kingsway Park High School, are taking part in an exciting competition.
TBA Technologies, Rochdale, are giving local schools the opportunity to design a product in a bid to win the competition and have their designed product manufactured.
The students have recently been given a guided tour of the factory to see how products are manufactured.
TBA manufacture protective materials for demanding environments.
The students have been tasked with designing a new product with the help of their teachers and apprentice mentors at TBA.
As well as creating a product, the students are required to produce a Business and Marketing Plan and a Technical Development Plan.
The finished article will be presented to Independent Judges on 8 December 2016. Good Luck to Kingsway Park High School.
