Pervert teacher Gary Ellins filmed children getting changed in classroom

Perverted primary school teacher Gary Ellins filmed children as young as eight getting changed in his classroom and had images of them stashed away in his house, a court has heard.

The 45-year-old Rochdale man admitted charges against him after 71 images and videos were found on his laptop, and various pen drives and discs stashed away in his bedroom.

Ellins pleaded guilty to voyeurism and six charges of making indecent images of a child - recordings which were made between 2010 and November 2015.

He is due to be sentenced at Manchester Crown Court on 1 September.

Ellins will be forced to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register.
