Police are appealing for witnesses after receiving “numerous” reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in Smithy Bridge.
Officers say reports have been coming in about a group of youths painting graffiti on properties and throwing eggs at cars in the area.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: “Foot patrols have been out and about to try and identify those youths involved.
“If you have or know kids who hang around this area please inform them that anyone found to be committing criminal damage to motor vehicles or properties will be dealt with accordingly.
“If you have any information as to who these culprits are please call 101.”
