Bev Marlee looking for relatives

Date published: 18 December 2013

Former Rochdale resident Bev Marlee, formerly Bev Gardener, is trying to reach out to cousins she lost touch with many years ago. Bev is hoping to find Stewart Hardman, Colin Hardman and Valerie Hardman.

Bev, who now lives in Sunderland, said: “I must have been about 12 the last time I saw them. It was a long time ago now.”

Bev, who is now 54, believes that she last saw her cousins at her aunts house in Rochdale.

Stewart, Colin and Valerie are the children of Alan and Dorothy Hardman. It is understood that Dorothy passed away a few years ago.
Bev said: “I was poorly a few years ago and it just makes you think about things.”

Bev would like to find out about her cousins and find out about their lives now. “I don’t even know if Valerie got married or anything,” added Bev.

Bev currently has no photos of the family either. After her dad Brian passed away, his house was cleared out and most items were thrown away.

“It would be great if they or anyone who knows them could get in touch,” said Bev.
