Pretty Parade boutique shortlisted for two prestigious awards

Date published: 20 August 2019

Littleborough boutique Pretty Parade has been shortlisted as a finalist in two categories for the upcoming Boutique Star Awards 2019.

In under 12 months, Pretty Parade, which was opened in November 2018 by 21-year-old Mollie Butterworth, has been shortlisted for Womenswear Independent of the Year and Newcomer in the first-ever Boutique Star Awards.

Director Mollie said: “We are extremely excited to have been shortlisted for these awards. As a new business, having only been open for nine months, it is very exciting to be recognised for our hard work and dedication to finding the best brands and styles for our customers, whilst providing excellent customer service.”

The Boutique Star Awards celebrate the independent retail sector and have been created by the only trade publication in the UK dedicated to independent fashion retailers.

The winner of the independent award will stock range of brands that suit its target customer while offering outstanding customer service and shopping experience, whilst the newcomer award will recognise an outstanding individual, who is passionate about the industry and contributing to future success.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony this October in London.

An esteemed judging panel, made up for journalists, retailers and industry insiders, will create a shortlist of entries before deciding on the final winners.
