Countryside awarded seven Pride in the Job awards

The National House Building Council (NHBC) has awarded Pride in the Job Quality Awards for site managers at seven Countryside developments, including Bank Top in Heywood and Coral Mill in Rochdale.

Running for more than three decades, the awards recognise site managers who achieve the finest possible standards of house building and are the highest industry accolade a site manager can receive.

The developments where each of the managers and their site teams have been recognised by the NHBC are Bank Top in Heywood, Coral Mill in Rochdale, Abode and Novo at Great Kneighton in Cambridge, Little Hollows in Essex, Brook Valley Gardens in Chipping Barnet and East City Point in Canning Town.

Amongst those honoured for demonstrating excellent leadership, technical expertise and vigorous health and safety processes are Greater Manchester-based site managers Joe Salkeld and Nick Corrigan.

For achieving outstanding quality at every build stage, each of the managers will now be put forward for the NHBC Pride in the Job Seal of Excellence Awards, which will be revealed in the autumn.
