Yin and sound is like taking yourself to a retreat, a perfect antidote to the busy modern life. You will hold poses which can help to soften tight muscles and targets the deep connective tissues of the body which activates the parasympathetic nervous system.
No, water is not involved in a Gong Bath Meditation. Instead, you are bathed in the sounds and vibrations of gongs, & crystal bowls. It is a sound bath that creates profound relaxation.
Join Elaine and Jane for 2.5 hours of a relaxing yin practice with gong bath.
