Visit My Mosque Open Day 12pm - 3pm Madina Mosque Newbold.
The event forms part of the national Visit My Mosque initiative, when hundreds of Mosques across the country open their doors to the wider community.
The Madina Mosque has a daily congregation of 50 people and on Friday prayers it attracts more than 300 worshippers.
Through our interfaith work, our poverty relief and community projects, Madina Mosque makes a major contribution in fostering interfaith and intercultural understanding in the local community. In the spirit of friendship and conversation they hope to give members of our local community an engaging insight into the life of our diverse Muslim congregants, the role and activities of the mosque.
An invitation to people of all faiths and backgrounds.
