Details:
To celebrate Mens Health week your trust will be holding an event at each of the three main sites to provide information on men's health and wellbeing. They will be offering blood pressure testing, cholesterol testing, diabetes risk assessment test, BMI, and hip to waist measurement.
The gym team will be on hand to offer exercise advice and gym tours.
There will be a variety of health and wellbeing stalls at the event to provide information to members and non members.
