Those who made a dedication to the Light up a Life campaign are invited to join Springhill Hospice for the in-person service.
During the Light up a Life campaign, Hospice trees will shine brightly with hundreds of lights, each in memory of those we love.
With a donation to Light up a Life, you will receive a personalised card displaying the name of your loved one and you will also have the opportunity to personalise a Light up a Life star that can be hung on your Christmas Tree at home or the Christmas Trees at the Hospice.
All dedications will appear in the Book of Lights which will be displayed at the services and virtually on Springhill Hospice's website.
