Everyone is invited to attend Back of the Moss' open evening on Friday 21 October at 5pm.
There will be hot food and drink available for the launch of their Centre for Warmth.
Beginning Friday 4 November, Back of the Moss Community Centre will be open on Fridays to provide free support to those unable to heat their home during the winter months. providing a warm and inviting community space from 4pm till 7pm. Open to the whole of Heywood.
Providing hot drinks and a hot home cooked meal in a homely environment, with a lounge and a family movie room.
There will be the opportunity to make an appointment to find out how staff at the center can help you with form filling, energy efficiency advice and carbon monoxide detection. As well as free energy efficient equipment available to those who attend the center.
