Sweaty Mama Rochdale and Todmorden are holding a charity special Sweaty Dada class in support of Andy’s Man Club.
It’s a chance for dads to workout with their little one, using their bodyweight to intensify the exercises, creating precious memories and meeting new dad friends all while raising money for this excellent charity.
