The Saint George's Day public flag raising event returns to Rochdale.
The annual public event has been on hold due to the ongoing pandemic.
With the four flag poles moved to outside Number One Riverside, the event is set to return. Mayor, Councillor Aasim Rashid, with the support of the public, will raise the new flag and free traditional refreshments will be available inside.
Saint George’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate our community as people from all backgrounds come together to enjoy our National Day.
Everyone is welcome to attend the event.
