Come and join the Rotary Club of Heywood in our massive Children’s Book Giveaway at Heywood Magic Market on Heywood 1940's Day.
Rotary Club of Heywood will have a stall on the market for the full day starting at 9.00am and continuing until we've given all of the books away.
The book giveaway programme was the brainchild of Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham after he discovered that thousands of Children in Greater Manchester do not own a single book.
The Rotary Club has adopted this initiative and will be giving a book to Heywood Children as a show of support for our town and its people.
Give your child the opportunity to own their own book by coming along to say hello on Heywood Market.
We look forward to seeing you and your children on what promises to be a fun packed day for the whole town.
