The Friends of Balderstone Library present speakers each month to talk about various subjects, recent talks include:
- Bird Habitats of the Pennines and Scotland By Gordon Yates
- Journey to and beyond the Arctic Circle By Richard Cowley
The meetings take place at 7.00 pm on Monday once a month at Balderstone Library.
Admission £1 to members, £2 to non-members and includes refreshments.
