Intro
The Spotland Estate Tenants and Residents Association (SETRA) aims to improve the area of Spotland Estate for the benefit of everyone living there.
The committee meet four times a year at Spotland Library at 6.15 pm. The dates are advertised on our Facebook page. All members are welcomed to these meetings to suggest improvements, help organise events or simply learn what's happening in the area.
We have a 'Clean and Green' team that carry out regular litter picks and also get involved with improving our green spaces. In particular we have worked to convert the fly tipped, rubbish strewn area of Stoney Hill into a thriving community wildlife area. The group has regular work days once a month, on either the first Friday or Saturday of the month.
We are always looking for people to join us to help make Spotland the best estate in Rochdale!
