Welcome to the Roman Catholic Parish of St. Gabriel & All the Angels, Castleton, with St. John the Baptist, Rochdale.
We are part of the Deanery of St. Thérèse of Lisieux, in the Diocese of Salford.
Our Parish Priest is Fr. Michael Johonnett.
Where are we?
St. Gabriel's Church
The church is on Smalley Street, in the centre of Castleton, parallel to the main Manchester road. We're about a minute from the nearest bus stop (17 service), and two minutes' walk from Castleton railway station. On-street parking is available.
St. John's Church
The church is on Dowling St., about five minutes walk from the centre of Rochdale. We are opposite the old Fire Station (now the Fire Museum), and across the road from Rochdale railway station and the Metrolink interchange. The church has its own off-street car park.
